個人簡介

我的專業背景結合社會工作及社會學,研究亦以實務應用為取向;在學術養成過程中,首先接受社會工作的訓練,在研究所則以婦女、移民及勞動議題為主。取得博士學位後先於美國擔任博士後研究數年,鑽研並推動性別、族群平權相關的議題,後於2021年時回台,並在2022年時正式擔任教職。

社會工作作為專業助人的行業,背後需有許多專業的知識與技能支撐,方能有效且妥切地協助案主。我期待我的教學及研究,能夠協助學生們在邁向社工專業的路上,除了學習到應有的專業技能之外,更要秉持以人為本的學習及工作態度,同時能夠發展出批判但寬容的思辨能力,在走出大學校園之際,能夠對自己的未來發展有更清楚的圖像。
